Product is easy to use and offers many features - we have the Enterprise edition. Bar coding works great and document generation is quick.
We have the Merger edition which comes bundled w/ the PDF Generator. The Merger products works very well, too. Combining multiple PDF files into one is a snap.
Tech support is quick to respond and is knowledgeable about their product. Their website has many examples and contains an online help section.
I recommend this product to anyone looking for PDF generation and merger capabilities.

I found this product somewhat hard to use and needed to create a set of wrapper classes around it to make it more developer friendly and ease the learning curve.
I also was somewhat disappointed by the limitations; although you can extend it but we were hoping to focus on our applications not on the tool which is what turned out to be.
I must say that once we slogged through it, created our wrapper classes and understood the limitations it is easy to create PDF files (although the simpler the file the better) and it meets our current needs.
If we knew what we knew now we would have looked harded elsewhere but it does work and it works pretty well, although sometimes the PDF files don't show up until you refresh the brwoser window.
